- نزار بن ناجي ولد بولاية تونس في 27 جوان 1981 حاصل على شهادة الهندسة في الإعلامية من المدرسة الوطنية لعلوم الإعلامية بتونس وعلى شهادة الماجيستير ثم الدكتوراه في تكنولوجيات الاتصالات والمعلومات من المدرسة العليا للمواصلات بتونس. قام أيضا ببحوث علمية ما بعد الدكتوراه بجامعة ماساتشوستس بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. اشتغل في بداية مسيرته ثم انتقل سنة 2013 للتدريس بكلية العلوم ببنزرت ثم المدرسة العليا للمواصلات بتونس التابعتين لجامعة قرطاج. إشتغل أيضا كخبير دولي في السلامة المعلوماتية مع الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات، منظمة الكومنولث للاتصالات والمنظمة العربية لتكنولوجيات الاتصال والمعلومات. كلف السيد نزار بن ناجي يوم 2 أوت 2021 بتسيير وزارة تكنولوجيات الاتصال.
