En este cargo, fue el organizador de una exposición dedicada exclusivamente a Meroe, el antiguo reino de Sudán conocido por su legendaria capital y su famosa necrópolis real. Fue también director de la misión arqueológica en la necrópolis en Abu Rawash, y publicó estudios como el de La ceramique miniature d'Abou Rawash. Fue residente del . As such, he was the organizer of an exhibition devoted exclusively to Meroe, Sudan's ancient kingdom known for its legendary capital city and its famous royal necropolis. He was also the director of the archaeological mission on the site of the necropolis at Abu Rawash, and published papers on it such as La ceramique miniature d'Abou Rawash. He was a resident of the French Institute of Oriental Archaeology in Cairo. He was also the author of works on the late Old Kingdom South Saqqara Stone annal document with , published between 1995 and 1997 in BIFAO. Baud died on 13 September 2012 at the age of 48. (en)

Als zodanig was hij de organisator van een tentoonstelling die uitsluitend gewijd was aan Meroë, het oude koninkrijk van Soedan, bekend om zijn legendarische hoofdstad en zijn beroemde koninklijke necropolis. Ook had hij de leiding over de archeologische opgravingen op de site van de necropolis in Abu Roash, en hij publiceerde hier ook artikelen over, zoals La ceramique miniature d'Abou Rawash. Hij was een ingezetene van het Franse Instituut voor Oosterse Archeologie in Caïro. Verder publiceerde hij tussen 1995 en 1997 in samenwerking met Vassil Dobrev werken over de Zuid Saqqara Steen.
