- الاتفاق الدولي للبن ( 'ICA' ) هو اتفاقية دولية بين الدول المنتجة والدول المستهلكة للبن. وقعت الإتفاقية لأول مرة في عام 1962، ويهدف للحفاظ على حصص الدول المصدرة للبن، والحفاظ على استقرار أسعار البن في السوق، والمنظمة الدولية للقهوة، وهي الهيئة المسؤولة عن الاتفاق وتمثل الدول المنتجة للقهوة ومعظم الدول المستهلكة. - The International Coffee Agreement (ICA) is an international commodity agreement between coffee producing countries and consuming countries. First signed in 1962, it was originally aimed at maintaining exporting countries' quotas and keeping coffee prices high and stable in the market, mainly using export quotas to steer the price. The International Coffee Organization, the controlling body of the agreement, represents all major coffee producing countries and most consuming countries. The current 2007 agreement has 42 exporting members and 7 importing (the European Union represents all its member states as one member). (en)

Il est conçu afin de maintenir les quotas des pays exportateurs et de garder les prix du café élevés et stables sur le marché. L'Organisation Internationale du Café (OIC), l'entité de contrôle de l'accord représente les principaux producteurs de café et la majorité des pays consommateurs. L'accord de 2007 fait état de 42 membres exportateurs et de 7 pays importateurs (l'Union européenne regroupant tous les États membres compte pour un membre). (fr)

Het verdrag werd in 1962 voor het eerst ondertekend en was erop gericht de export van de producerende landen te handhaven door hoge en stabiele koffieprijzen.
