Die ehemals älteste Privatbank in Hannover, zuletzt mit Sitz in der Schillerstraße Ecke Rosenstraße in Hannovers Stadtteil Mitte, fand während der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus im Zuge der „Arisierung“ mit Gauwirtschaftsberater Julius Maier und seiner Bank Julius Maier & Co. ihr Ende.
