- Η Πανηπειρωτική Διάσκεψη του Δέλβινου υπήρξε σειρά συσκέψεων των εκπροσώπων της Βορείου Ηπείρου που επικύρωσε την αυτονομία της περιοχής. Πραγματοποιήθηκε στην πόλη Δέλβινο της Βορείου Ηπείρου (σημερινή νοτία Αλβανία) την περίοδο Ιουνίου-Ιουλίου 1914 και επικύρωσε τους όρους του Πρωτοκόλλου της Κέρκυρας Το συγκεκριμένο Πρωτόκολλο αναγνώριζε τον ελληνικό χαρακτήρα της Βορείου Ηπείρου και σειρά δικαιωμάτων στον τοπικό ελληνικό πληθυσμό, εντός των συνόρων του νεοσύστατου αλβανικού κράτους. Στη διάσκεψη συμμετείχαν εκπρόσωποι από όλοι τη Βόρεια Ήπειρο και ξεκίνησε την 23 Ιουνίου, με πέρας την 26 Ιουλίου 1914. Αρχικά είχαν διατυπωθεί από διάφορους βορειοηπειρώτες αντιπρόσωπους ισχυρές ενστάσεις για τη βιωσιμότητα του Πρωτοκόλλου. Κυβερνητικοί κύκλοι από την Ελλάδα και ιδιαίτερα ο πρωθυπουργός Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος, επέμειναν στην επικύρωση ως μοναδική λύση για την ασφάλεια και την ειρήνη στην περιοχή, ενώ από την άλλη πλευρά οι εκπρόσωποι της Χειμάρρας, παράκτιας περιοχής της Βορείου Ηπείρου, επέμειναν στην ένωση με την Ελλάδα ως μόνη ουσιαστική λύση για την περιοχή. Τελικά πραγματοποιήθηκε η επικύρωση των όρων του Πρωτοκόλλου της Κέρκυρας, που είχε υπογραφεί τον προηγούμενο Μάιο μεταξύ της βορειοηπειρωτικής και της αλβανικής κυβέρνησης. (el)
- The Pan-Epirotic Assembly of Delvino (Greek: Πανηπειρωτική Διάσκεψη Δέλβινου) was a meeting of the representatives of the Autonomous Republic of Northern Epirus, in June–July 1914, that ratified the Protocol of Corfu. The latter agreement granted an autonomous status for Northern Epirus, as well as a number of rights for the local Greek populations, inside the borders of the newly established Principality of Albania. The assembly took place in the town of Delvinë (southern Albania) with the participation of deputies from all provinces of Northern Epirus. It lasted from June 23 to July 26, 1914, and led to the ratification of the terms of the Protocol of Corfu, despite objections raised by various sides asking for wider autonomy. The Greek government under Prime Minister Eleftherios Venizelos, also supported the approval of the Protocol, as the only means to secure peace and stability for the region, while on the other hand the representatives of the coastal region of Himara, insisted that only incorporation to Greece would be a viable solution for Northern Epirus. - L'assemblée de Delvinë, en grec moderne : Διάσκεψη του Δέλβινου, ou la conférence Pan-Épire de Delvinë (Πανηπειρωτική Διάσκεψη του Δέλβινου), est une réunion des représentants de la République autonome d'Épire du Nord, en juin-juillet 1914, qui a ratifié le protocole de Corfou. Cet accord attribue un statut d'autonomie à l'Épire du Nord, ainsi qu'un certain nombre de droits aux populations grecques locales, à l'intérieur des frontières de la nouvelle principauté d'Albanie. L'assemblée se tient dans la ville de Delvino (l'actuelle Delvinë, au sud de l'Albanie) avec la participation de députés de toutes les provinces de l'Épire du Nord. Elle dure du 23 juin au 26 juillet 1914 et conduit à la ratification des termes du protocole de Corfou, malgré les objections soulevées par les différentes parties demandant une plus grande autonomie. Le gouvernement grec, sous la direction du Premier ministre Elefthérios Venizélos, soutient également l'approbation du protocole, qu'il considère comme le seul moyen de garantir la paix et la stabilité dans la région, tandis que les représentants de la région côtière de Himarë insistent sur le fait que seule l'incorporation à la Grèce serait une solution viable pour l'Épire du Nord.
