Cuttle bv is a social enterprise based in Utrecht, Netherlands. We specialize in developing software for various educational organizations. Additionally, we highly value innovative projects and customization tailored to our clients’ needs. The Cuttle system is utilized for hosting Olympiads, as well as math and physics contests.

The Cuttle system was developed to facilitate various competitions, including the International Bebras Challenges held in the USA and the Netherlands. This system manages the entire competition process, from preparing questions and tasks to registering students and grading their results.

After the results are in, Cuttle also provides statistics based on these results and allows organizations to issue certificates to each participant based on their scores. Our product is currently used by 21 Bebras countries as well as many other organizations worldwide. The system continually evolves in response to our partners’ requests and advancements in e-learning and digital testing.

Organizations and universities have varying requirements and unique websites, but they all operate using the same code base. The system is comprised of two parts: the administration site and the competition page. All of this is hosted on our servers, with each contest having its database. Additionally, when matches go live, the system can efficiently accommodate a large number of visitors.
