Through an international workshop, we collaborated with key stakeholders across 3 continents to design innovative solutions that transform both the customer journey and the organization itself. Generative AI played a central role in this transformation. It enabled us to turn insights into a strong strategic vision, shaping new service interactions and crafting a consistent visual language that brings these future scenarios to life. The result? How do you prototype high-fidelity experiences in AR?  For our final Reality Remix session of the year, we welcomed Gregor Finger, co-founder of the Oslo-based spatial design startup ordinary objects, which is redefining how we prototype spatial experiences to make them more intuitive and fun. Previously, Gregor worked as a Creative Technologist and Spatial Computing Lead, creating groundbreaking projects for brands like IKEA and BMW.In his session, Move to Start, Gregor shared insights from his work with immersive tech since 2016, explored the challenges of designing spatial experiences, and made a passionate call for playful experimentation. A talk about the challenges when the designing groundbreaking spatial experiences. A rant about floating panels. An appeal to playful exploration...an inspiring and thought-provoking way to wrap up the 2024!

ChorusLife is a project we are truly proud to have been part of. It sets the foundation for a replicable model of urban redevelopment and regeneration across Italy. Our role? Crafting an end-to-end vision that spans from defining the business and brand to designing physical and digital services. As part of a multidisciplinary team blending business, marketing, and technology expertise, we supported the complex system of needs tied to the launch of the smart district in Bergamo. Our design contribution focused on shaping the vision for services, designing and systemizing them within the digital ecosystem. All this was guided by the brand values we identified and documented in a comprehensive brand manual. A special thanks to our great design team, our directors Alessandro Di Benedetto and Giuseppe Guidotti, as well as to Elena Percassi and Nicola Maggi, for their invaluable collaboration in making this project a success.
