Congratulations to Infinite Roots® on the successful launch of their first product line! 🍄🇰🇷 In partnership with Pulmuone, one of the three leading South Korean food manufacturers, Infinite Roots has introduced its mycelium-based products to the South Korean market. The launch is part of an omnichannel market test under the collaboration’s Earth Diet line, which provides a wide range of nutritious, clean-label, and sustainable protein products. For those unfamiliar, mycelium is the root-like structure of edible mushrooms. Infinite Roots employs a patented submerged fermentation process to upscale mycelium, creating sustainable, locally tailored, and naturally flavorful food solutions - an approach closely aligned with our science-based investment thesis.
