Isochronic AG hat dies direkt geteilt
Das Schweizer Unternehmen Isochronic AG hat ein neuartiges Robotersystem entwickelt, das im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen kartesischen orthogonalen Flächenportalen doppelt rotative Drehachsen besitzt. So kann die Y-Achse ihren Winkel zur X-Achse um ±20° verändern. Auf diese Weise können die vier Greifer des Robotersystems simultan greifen und ablegen, ohne sich in die Quere zu kommen. Die ersten beiden Versionen des neuartigen Systems sind jetzt im Markt angekommen und seit August und Dezember letzten Jahres im Praxiseinsatz.

Während das eine Blech in die Laser-Schneidanlage fährt und bearbeitet wird, werden simultan schon die zuvor fertig geschnittenen Blechteile mit einem Magnetgreifer abgehoben und sortenrein auf Paletten abgestapelt. Durch das simultane Greifen und Ablegen mithilfe doppelt rotativer Achsen kann das System mit der Geschwindigkeit der TRUMPF-Laser-Schneidanlage mithalten, sodass der Laser zwischendurch nicht stillstehen muss.
