....throughout the history of humankind, for various reasons, human being has adapted the mentality of being distinguished and branded by race, culture and geographical boundaries.The social evolution, history, knowledge, science and technology for past 21 centuries has only brought us to the point of tolerating each other to a certain level, yet still insisting on preserving the existing boundaries.
Now, in the 21st century, at the age of high speed information technology, when advanced…....throughout the history of humankind, for various reasons, human being has adapted the mentality of being distinguished and branded by race, culture and geographical boundaries.The social evolution, history, knowledge, science and technology for past 21 centuries has only brought us to the point of tolerating each other to a certain level, yet still insisting on preserving the existing boundaries.
Now, in the 21st century, at the age of high speed information technology, when advanced media have allowed us to share information at the speed beyond one’s imagination, we have still managed in keeping our understandings of the human being limited. In doing so, we merely introduced and accepted recognizing the "racial and cultural differences" and "emotional intelligence" phenomena as the solutions to human being diversity.
Although labeled as Diversity, with the hope that these newly introduced concepts compensate for the shortcoming throughout the history in recognizing the reality regarding human being, now the question is whether or not we have been able to solve the mystery this time and truly understand the dynamism of human being's diversity?!
To discover the naked untold truth about the human being, it is necessary to leave behind some of the historical and traditional thinking and embark on a journey in exploring new horizons, where the true diversity among human beings is examined.
Furthermore, at the end of this journey we will be more susceptive in embracing the modern and advanced Human Intelligence Management (HIM)1 and Human Emotion Realization (HER)2 and perceive their powers as the only short and long term solutions to the global issue of human beings.
On this journey, let us keep in mind that HIM and HER are not associated with gender differences and in fact they are to describe the most inseparable attributes of every human being...
