    I trained, competed with, and guided visually impaired Paralympic Cyclist Brian Cowie mainly in the disciplines of track and road cycling. Together we represented Canada at several World Championships, the 2008 Beijing Paralympics, won the Para Pan American Individual Time Trial title in 2007, and the 2009 Ironman World Championship (Physically Challenged Category).
