In a room of about 50 MSPs, it was clear that few had their solutions organized around AI and Microsoft Copilot, including TruPoint. Thankfully, we were among the few with a strong focus on Data Security and Compliance/GRC, which are critical aspects of implementing AI and Microsoft Copilot in business. However, the future licensing schemes more relevant to SMBs remain unclear, and their connection to data security requirements adds to the confusion for many of us. It's evident that more work is needed from Microsoft in this area - but progress is rapid, and things are taking shape. Beyond security, the successful adoption of this technology is complex. While there are significant benefits, avoiding poor experiences and lackluster use cases is crucial for gaining buy-in. It's important to aim for those quick wins. Thank you to the Sherweb team for organizing a well-rounded and easy-to-understand event. We look forward to creating packages for our customers to start deploying AI with Microsoft Copilot!
