  • Fisher College of Business Pacesetter

    The Fisher College of Business

In 1960, graduates of the College of Commerce shared a common interest in encouraging scholarship and leadership within the College. That year, 132 of them joined together as new business leaders to fund and promote Pace Setters. They sponsored the first Pace Setters awards ceremony in 1961, honoring the College’s top business students. Since that time, more than 3300 business students have earned Pace Setter recognition (i.e. less than 5% of the total business school alumni population).

As the College’s top honor, the Pace Setter awards celebrate those students who excel both in and out of the classroom and who exemplify the purpose and passion that define Fisher students and graduates.
