We’re looking for people who can commit to supporting us for at least 3 months and help provide fresh, nutritious food to those experiencing food insecurity 💙 All new volunteers must attend a mandatory in-person orientation, where we’ll guide you through a Criminal Record Check and volunteer expectations. ⭐ Special note: This round of applications will prioritize those with weekday availability, specifically volunteers available from 3 to 7PM. HAVE YOU SEEN THIS? 🎬 ⁠ ⁠ In partnership with ReFeed Farms our award-winning short documentary “Rethinking Food” sheds light on the challenges within our broken food system and the innovative solutions that help reduce food waste. ⁠ ⁠ Blue bins in our warehouses are used to collect food that is deemed inedible. On December 6th, our staff visited CBC to answer calls from generous donors in our community.
