Great to see this exciting collaboration between CMC Microsystems and SECTR, one of CSC’s member companies, to develop and deliver semiconductor training programs! Partnerships like this are critical to ensuring talent development aligns with industry needs. At Canada's Semiconductor Council , our Talent & Workforce Development Working Group has conducted an in-depth evaluation of the talent shortage in the semiconductor sector. A summary of our findings, along with key recommendations, will be released soon.
