Partnerships like this are critical to ensuring talent development aligns with industry needs. At Canada's Semiconductor Council , our Talent & Workforce Development Working Group has conducted an in-depth evaluation of the talent shortage in the semiconductor sector. A summary of our findings, along with key recommendations, will be released soon.
