As we begin 2025, many companies that build or service things are looking back at the ups and downs of last year. (Is that you?) But here's the simple truth: January isn't just about getting a new calendar—it's a fresh start to make your business better. Here are three easy ways to help your business grow right away: 1. Look at What You Sell Take a good look at all your products/services. Which ones make you the most money? Which ones cost too much time and effort? This isn't about picking favorites—it's about finding out what your customers really want to buy. 2. Make Your Work Better Think about three big problems you had last year. Maybe things took too long, or you had trouble keeping track of your supplies. Pick one problem to fix this month. Even small changes can help your business make money. 3. Work Better with Suppliers Look at the companies that sell you things. Think about: -Buying from fewer suppliers to get better deals -Getting discounts for buying more -Making friends with suppliers who can help your business grow These aren't just ideas—they're real steps that can make your business do better this year. Want to make your business run smoother? Let's talk about how these ideas can work for you. 📫 Send me a message, and we can chat about how we can make these changes work for your business! #ManufacturingExcellence #OperationalEfficiency #BusinessOptimization

In Flanders Fields By John McCrae In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie, In Flanders fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.

For over a decade i've worked for and with big teams, small teams and start-ups. A common thread through them all is the proper use of their customer information, how it's organized and used for sales and marketing campaigns... I know it's not very sexy to talk about organizing, systemitizing to build business. AND A lot of times most companies don't have a ton of time to tackle things like CRM's or data clean up and optimization. That's where Booth & Vanguard got it's start, I'm kind of a geek when it comes to sales and systems SO Whether you're just getting started or have been around for many years, I'd love to talk to you about your customers and your sales data!
