This recognition highlights our commitment to innovation and performance. Designed and developed in India, Sequoia reflects our dedication to delivering impactful solutions. At the summit, Mohit Gupta, SVP & GM, IP and Custom Silicon, delivered a keynote on “Catalyzing Value Addition Through Product Creations in ESDM,” discussing how technology and collaboration are shaping the future of the industry. As the industry’s first multi-protocol IO chiplet, the AlphaCHIP1600-IO delivers 1.6 Tbps throughput over UCIe with ease of reusability and access to multiple protocols on the same chiplet. while consuming less power than traditional solutions. With support for three major protocols of Ethernet, PCIe and CXL, it provides the flexibility and efficiency to move functions from a main die onto an IO chiplet which is crucial for next-generation chiplet-based SiPs. We are proud to share that the paper "Post-FEC BER Analysis of 200 Gb/s Wireline Systems using an FPGA Platform" was a finalist for Best Paper at Design Con 2025! Authored by Ming Yang and Tony Chan Carusone from Alphawave Semi, along with Hossein Shakiba (Huawei Technologies Canada) and Richard Barrie (University of Toronto), this paper introduces an FPGA-accelerated platform for time-domain BER simulations. It effectively models complex FEC architectures for 200 Gb/s wireline systems, achieving post-FEC BERs at the 10^-12 level within a day of simulation.
