Description of problem:
the command 'nova image-create' fails if executed for an instance booted from a block volume


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-nova-api-2013.1-0.11.rc1.fc19.noarch


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a bootable volume in cinder
2. launch an instance from it
3. try to create an image of the running instance

  
Actual results:
the error attached is displayed in the nova api log file
