I've shown this picture many times on the Blog, taken by Jimmy Cole fifty years ago on the Beatty Show lot. Johnny had just finished playing the local Fair with the Baraboo animals and aware that the Beatty Show was arriving at the Fairgrounds a few days later, decided to lay over. By chance at that exact time I was traveling East with the Polack Bros. elephants and having been alerted to the situation decided join the Jackpot Session. We had 20 elephants on the lot that day.
