如何看到详细的错误信息？
过程如下（这个问题不容易复现，应该是属于偶然性的因网络引起的问题）：
双击打开有错误的pom.xml文件，Overview视图，如下图红框标识的位置就会显示错误信息，
鼠标左键单击错误信息就会显示出下图所示的详细信息，也可能是后边标题为“Problems in the POM”对话框显示的详细信息
点击如下图所示的链接可以定位到POM文件对应的位置
网上有资料说是在“<build>”和“<plugins>”标签之间添加“<pluginManagement>”，我加了也不起作用，但也没有什么负作用
只怪自己英文太差，认真分析理解错误信息的意思，应该就是缺少对应的JAR文件，去配置的Maven本地“Repo”目录下搜索
很明显，缺少“plexus-compiler-api-2.2.jar”文件，由于网络原因下载失败了。
返回上一级目录，删除“2.2”文件夹。
修改“POM.xml”，随便在空白处添加或删除一个空格，保存文件，触发更新事件！
可能由于相同的原因，导致多个包下载失败或缺失，都使用相同的方法解决即可。
或者将所有jar删掉，重新使用maven下载!
