原创 IDEA利用http://start.spring.io创建Spring Boot项目无法工作的问题

从http://start.spring.io创建Spring Boot项目，不能新建Java Class，maven没有下载pom.xml文件配置的jar包，idea的右侧maven project只有Lifecycle，没有Dependencies和Plugins。
