grep tools on windows

最开始一直使用这个工具.

FileLocator Lite（Free Edision, Predecessor is Agent Ransack）

后来因为公司不允许使用Filelocator, 切换到了AstroGrep.

AstroGrep并非最好用的工具, 但胜在开源免费, 既能满足我的功能需求, 有符合公司规定.
