一开始怀疑是，cuda 版本不兼容的问题，因为这个问题在不同的地方最近出现过几次。可是后来细想了一下，在终端测试过了，发现正常的torch是可以使用的，并且，通常情况这是在虚拟环境里面配置的，很难出现cuda不兼容且前面已经安装成功了的情况。所以知道了一件事，有可能并不是torch环境的问题，可能是在其他地方安装时候出现的不兼容问题会归咎到torch 或者cuda版本上去的，这是需要非常小心来侦辨的。找到了和自己torch和cuda版本一致，然后安装这个版本的torch-scatter，重新安装。
