The following new Scaphidiinae species are described from Myanmar: Scaphisoma bispinosoides sp. nov., S. fortepunctatum sp. nov., S. haraldi sp. nov., S. kurbatovi sp. nov., S. multidentatum sp. nov., S. obesum sp. nov., S. remotum sp. nov., S. serratum sp. nov., S. veloxiodes sp. nov., Scaphobaeocera birmana sp. nov., S. brunkei sp. nov., S. fimbriata sp. nov. and Scaphoxium spinosum sp. nov. Cyparium testaceum Pic, 1920, Scaphisoma basipenne (Pic, 1930), S. helferi Pic, 1930 and S. nigroplagatum Achard, 1920 are redescribed, and the published aedeagal characters of S. coalitum Löbl, 1992 are supplemented. Besides, 39 species of Cyparium Erichson, 1845, Kasibaeocera Leschen & Löbl, 2005, Sapitia Achard, 1920, Scaphisoma Leach, 1815, Scaphobaeocera Csiki, 1909, Scaphoxium Löbl, 1979 and Toxidium LeConte, 1860 are reported from Myanmar for the first time. A check-list of the 104 Myanmar scaphidiine species in 12 genera is provided.
