TINC Publishes Strong Annual Results and Commits to Growth! 🏗️ We are thrilled to share the annual results for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Our strategic investments and robust portfolio performance have led to remarkable achievements: 📈 Portfolio Result: €50.7 million, translating into a portfolio return of 10.84% 💼 Net Profit: €42.5 million, or €1.17 per share 💰 Proposed Shareholder Distribution: €0.58 per share, marking the eighth consecutive increase of the shareholder distribution   Our CEO, Manu Vandenbulcke, highlights the added value of investing strategically in a wider portfolio scope with participations in corporate infrastructure. This was illustrated by the groundbreaking growth spurt of Datacenter United. With €205 million in contractual investment commitments, our portfolio is now set to grow to around €700 million over time.   Philip Maeyaert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, emphasized our solid investment rhythm and the ongoing societal need for infrastructure investment, with TINC aiming to double the size of its investment portfolio. TINC is thrilled to announce a strategic investment of €61 million in Project Mufasa, the largest battery energy storage system (BESS) in the Netherlands and one of the top in the EU! 🌍🔋 Located at the North Sea Port Vlissingen, this landmark project will replace a former coal-fired power plant, significantly supporting the Dutch transition to renewable energy by strengthening critical energy infrastructure. With a capacity to charge and discharge 1,400 MWh at 350 MW power capacity several times a day, Project Mufasa will power over 200,000 households, setting a new standard for balancing and securing power grids. 🏠⚡ This investment aligns perfectly with the ambition of TINC to contribute to the infrastructure for the world of tomorrow whilst creating value for our shareholders. ⏩ We’re pleased to announce a major milestone for TINC’s portfolio company Datacenter United (DCU) through a two-fold transaction that significantly strengthens our presence in the digital infrastructure space.   1️⃣ Divestment of a 50% stake in DCU to Cordiant Digital Infrastructure (CORD) TINC sold 50% of its shares in DCU to CORD, allowing DCU to leverage additional capital for growth. With this partnership, TINC retains a 50% stake in DCU, benefiting from both the partnership and the future growth potential of the company.   2️⃣ DCU acquires the data centres of Proximus Group In addition, DCU has agreed to acquire Proximus’ data centre business, expanding its presence to 13 state-of-the-art facilities and solidifying its position as Belgium’s largest colocation data centre provider.
