"How is your team reacting to an increased number of evaluations?" This great cultural and organisational change question was asked in a webinar we participated in today with Auscontact Association. Our response might not be what was expected: 🎯 What is the purpose of your QA process? For us at Datacom, we use the process for insights on how to drive change at both an agent level but also an organisational level. For example, correct the knowledge base, correct the website, correct a process etc. 📑 Don't evaluate and give feedback on 100% of interactions. This will only lead to overwhelm for your team members. Be more focused in your application to drive the outcomes you are looking to acheive. 🎉 Celebrate the great moments! We use sentiment analysis to detect when a team member has done a really outstanding job and then celebrate that performance with them and the team.
