When your #IT goes down, chances are that your company will come to a complete standstill - your staff can't do work, your customers can't transact and you're going to notice some pretty big impacts to your bottom line very quickly. Recently, UniSuper experienced this situation for two weeks when Google Cloud inadvertently deleted all of UniSuper's #cloud infrastructure, which UniSuper was dependent on to operate its $140 billion #superannuation portfolio for its 647,000 members.
