I had the pleasure of being elected as an Ambassador for My Gap Year Travel back in 2017. My Gap Year Travel Is a Volunteer Organisation on a mission to 'Travel For Purpose'. In the year of 2016 I travelled to Cambodia on two occasions, to build houses in their partnered community to improve the living standards and provide jobs to those in need. These experiences have most certainly shaped the way I approach my life both personally and professionally — as I endeavour to always lead with gratitude and empathy. I will continue to strive for social equity in all that I do in my future experiences and hope that my work places will do the same.

I led a well-being conference named “This is My Mind” to the whole school body; an initiative to educate students on the growth mindset. This was done upon return of two volunteer trips to Cambodia where we designed safer living conditions for remote communities. -
