You have to be guiding them the entire way through,” said Mark Voyce, solutions development executive at event sponsor Ingram Micro. Among those helping businesses with these issues is Platinum Technology director Steve Raw. “As IT professionals there are many advanced security-based technologies which we have been preaching for years. Sometimes these technologies, such as data loss prevention and sensitivity labelling, have had a hard time being accepted," he said.
