Some partnerships change lives, and this is one of them. 💛 We are incredibly proud to announce our partnership with Fondation Pierre Fabre , working together to ensure safer births and stronger maternal healthcare in Sierra Leone. Every woman deserves the right to give birth safely, yet too many face preventable risks due to lack of resources and medical care. With Fondation Pierre Fabre by our side, we’re taking action to change that. This Women’s Month, let’s stand for women’s health, rights, and futures. Because empowering women starts with protecting their lives. To our partners, supporters, and everyone who believes in a world where motherhood is safe for all—thank you. We couldn’t do this without you. Learn more about this collaboration. ⬇️ #AMFxFPF #IWD2025 #StrongerTogether

Celebrating NGO Day: Honouring the Power of Change Today, on World NGO Day, we celebrate the incredible impact of non-profit organisations—their dedication, resilience, and the lives they transform every day. For us at Aminata Maternal Foundation, this mission is deeply personal. Since 2014, we have been working to ensure that no woman in Sierra Leone dies while giving life. But our commitment goes beyond safe births—we believe that true change happens when we empower women through education and strengthen healthcare systems from within. Through our education programs, we support young mothers, giving them the opportunity to rebuild their lives and create brighter futures for themselves and their children. At the same time, our midwife training initiatives equip local healthcare workers with the knowledge and skills to provide life-saving maternal care, ensuring long-term, sustainable change. Behind every program is a mother whose life has been transformed, a midwife ready to serve her community, and a family with renewed hope. Our work is about dignity, empowerment, and breaking cycles of inequality. On this special day, we want to thank our supporters, donors, and partners who make this possible. Your kindness, generosity, and belief in our mission drive this work forward. Let’s continue standing together—because when we invest in women, we invest in a stronger future for all. 💛 📷 Throwback Thursday from our trip to Sierra Leone last year. #WorldNGODay #AminataMaternalFoundation #SafeMotherhood #EveryLifeCounts #FirstBreath
