This year, instead of splitting into groups, our apprentices teamed up as a single squad of “investigators”, exploring every department together, asking bold questions, and putting our colleagues from across the company in the hot seat. 🔎 Our motto for this year's Perspective Day was: 🕵️♂️ Apprentices investigate the Serviceware case 🤔 Why this new approach? We listened to our apprentices' feedback and took it seriously. Their request was clear: they wanted to remain together and experience everything as a group while having the freedom to ask any questions. The results? ✅Varied discussions ✅Strong connection between the apprentices ✅Open-mindedness on both sides We view apprenticeship as a responsibility. Our young talents should not only learn but also understand, question, and actively help shape our practices.
