Current Account Information didn’t migrate to new app
Horrible process. My account didn’t migrate to the new app. Lost my rewards for 3+ years, subscriptions, account payments and payment information, address profile gone. App opened up welcome beginner. If a product hasn’t been tested don’t release the update. Just a common sense suggestion for any business making updates.
Sent an email to customer service….crickets. I’ll be surprised if anyone responds at this point.
Lost all my reward points I have gained for last 2 years
I lost all my points and put me on the beginner level. I will contact the customer service and see if they can fix the issue.

Logged in and everything was as it should be. Not sure why some had issues. Did they start a new account?
