Extremely poor customer experience
The app offers an extremely poor customer experience. Poorly designed menu and workflow, many features not working , random error messages, are some of the irritants. Needs to be completely redesigned
Frustrated customer
I got newly updated debit card which I did not request for actually. So my old debit card stopped working and the app would not let me setup a pin for the new one. app He’s not allowing me to see my transaction also. Also it is not allowing me to check my balance what the heck .Upgrading a system should make things easier for customers not impossible. Very poor job done by the IT team, the bank should ask for their money back. for this all issue facing, you should need to give some compensation to customers from 15th of August till the date issue has been not solved
Very Poor App Functions
