Sunita Bottse joins Mena Digital Hub with an extensive background in the data center industry. Previously serving as the Senior Director of Data Centres Site Acquisition (EMEA) at Microsoft, Sunita brings a wealth of experience and expertise. She is a Certified Data Centre Professional and Specialist and has held significant roles including Managing Director of Data Centres (APAC) at Lendlease, CEO of SUPERNAP (Thailand), and VP of Ctex, the first Tier IV certified data center in the LATAM region. Sunita has been recognised with numerous prestigious awards, including the Women in Tech – Global Movement’s 2022 Global Leadership Award, and has been listed twice in APAC’s 50 most influential Data Centre and Cloud leaders by BroadGroup (DATAECONOMY). Unveiling the Truth Behind Certificates and Honorable Signs part 1 series of real life experience and experiment with company in Dubai for new business owners guidance. In today's world, credentials and accolades often adorn the facade of businesses, painting a picture of trustworthiness and competence. However, behind the shimmering veil of certificates and honorable signs lies a different reality—one where these symbols may not always reflect true merit or integrity. Recently, I encountered a company that proudly displayed a myriad of certificates on their walls and website. These accolades ranged from industry certifications to customer service awards, all seemingly attesting to their excellence and reliability. Yet, upon closer inspection and through deeper inquiry, it became apparent that many of these certificates were either outdated, irrelevant, or outright misleading. For instance, a prestigious-sounding certification from a defunct organization added an air of authority but held no current validity. Similarly, awards for customer satisfaction were based on outdated data or fabricated testimonials, cleverly masked to manipulate perception. Such practices not only deceive potential clients and customers but also undermine the integrity of the entire industry. Genuine merit should be earned through consistent performance, ethical conduct, and transparent communication—not through a collection of superficial accolades designed to mislead. In conclusion, while certificates and honors can initially inspire confidence, it is crucial to scrutinize their authenticity and relevance. The true measure of a company's worth lies beyond the glittering surface of certificates, in their actual performance, ethical standards, and the trust they build with their stakeholders. As consumers, let us remain vigilant and demand accountability, ensuring that credibility is earned and upheld through genuine achievement and integrity. A& A association as my experience with them only filling form and sending email can take with them almost one month, not only this they are not telling the truth all the time.
