In collaboration with Muscat Stock Exchange S.A.O.C (#MSX) and National Bank of Oman (#NBO), #MEIRA hosted a roundtable breakfast today with 30 CEOs & CFOs from the largest issuers in Oman. The event provided a platform to discuss the growing role of #InvestorRelations and #Sustainability across the GCC and its significance for Omani issuers as they look to transition from Frontier to Emerging Markets.  Following the roundtable, we held #MEIRA's first Chapter Meeting of the year, which began with an insightful presentation by Hazem Abdallah (EY) on 𝗜𝗥 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, highlighting the importance of defining corporate ambition, establishing the right infrastructure, and developing a structured communication governance model. The session continued with Monaem Ben Lellahom (Sustainable Square) who explored 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. His discussion focused on how #ESG is transforming business strategies and reshaping market dynamics in response to increasing regulatory scrutiny and investor expectations.  A special thanks to Abdullah Al Hinai, Rashad Al Dohh and the #NBO Team for their hospitality as well as to #MSX for their organization and continued support.
