Regularly $99, this is nearly 15% off the going rate and the lowest price we have ever tracked on Amazon for the 46mm model in the M/L size – there are only two sizes for this band, S/M and M/L, for the record.
We get it, not everybody (almost nobody) liked Apple’s attempt at the fabric-wrapped accessories with its FineWoven treatment. By in large, the iPhone cases and MagSafe wallets were a bit of a disaster among consumers, but as I have done in the past, I will make a case for this Apple Watch band.
It is indeed Apple’s Magnetic Link that comes wrapped in the environmentally-friendly FineWoven treatment. I really like these magnetic bands from Apple – they are particularly elegant looking with the tubular magnetic detailing and they are wonderfully adjustable at a moment’s notice, not to mention super easy to get on and off.
The fabric wrap sits somewhere between dressy and casual for me, and I happen to love the look of the FineWoven treatment when wrist-bound. I might even suggest that for those that can appreciate a worn piece of leather, or something that looks even more rugged over time, the FineWoven vibes can really deliver when it comes to a watch strap where this sort of aged look can be quite sought-after – it’s not every everyone, but if you can appreciate this sort of thing, or are just particularly careful with your bands, today’s price is a good one.
