Both Hanas East and West Power Plants are located in Yinchuan City with convenience of transportation and livelihood. West Thermal Power Plant is the first Ningxia CCHP demonstration project; it's first stage was put into  operation in 2009; the installed capacity of second stage will be 223MW. East  Thermal Power Plant will have an installed capacity of 4 �� 223MW. Both East and  West (Second stage) will be put into operation in 2012. East and West Thermal Power Plants are designed and constructed by North China Electric Power Design  Institute and optimized by Parsons Brinckerhoff; Gas turbines are Germany's  Siemens SGT5-2000E. Both Plants have signed Long-term Maintenance Contract (the first in China) and Operation & Maintenance Management Contract with Siemens. Hanas will  introduce an advanced management ideas and style from Siemens to achieve a  great natural and human resource distribution and to set up a high-level operation  & maintenance management group. Siemens will provide professional technique  and language training opportunity abroad for recruited staff.
