I am a qualified counsellor with a down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is imperative to anyone having a successful experience of therapy. 
My aim is to provide a non-judgmental space for you, listening with empathy and accepting wherever you may be in your journey right now. I offer reflection and will always work at a pace that is suitable to you. 
I am culturally aware and have experience of working with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds and communities.

My mobile counselling service is available to adults, young people and families. Experiencing therapy at home can take the pressure off slightly. In the comfort of your own home, therapy can be enhanced. 

 

Although lockdown is well and truly over, I will continue to offer online sessions to those who prefer to work with with me in this way.
