In brief
Although air dispersion conditions are favourable, birch pollen concentrations have dropped significantly and are now below the critical threshold of 80 grains/m³. Individuals allergic to this pollen should experience a gradual relief of symptoms, but are advised to remain cautious.
In contrast, oak pollination is currently at its peak. Exceptionally high levels have been measured in recent days. While oak pollen allergy is less common, sensitised individuals may experience a noticeable increase in symptoms.
Other trees are also continuing their flowering, including ash, hornbeam, poplar, willow, plane, and cypress species.
