Yi Wu

Hi there! I am a Pre-doctoral M.S. student in Computer Science at The University of Chicago, under the supervision of Prof. Chenhao Tan. I am affliated with the larger research group UChicago C & I.

My research aims to fuse artificial and human intelligence, and find methods for each to boost each other. Specifically, I am interested in:

Language agents and their applications, especially unifying the cognitive concepts to create evolving language agents that are able to tackle complex reasoning and planning tasks.
Interpretability and Explanation, especially in code LMs.

I graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Computer Sciences. I am very fortunate to work under the supervision of Prof. Junjie Hu, Prof. Timothy T. Rogers and Dr. Sean Chuang. I also spent some time with Weiqi Wang and Prof. Yangqiu Song.
