The CXC is pleased to announce the release of the Chandra Cycle 27 Call for Proposals (CfP). The Call for Proposals, Proposers' Observatory Guide (POG), proposal planning software, and general information are posted on the "Proposer" web page.

Release 2.1 of the Chandra Source Catalog (CSC 2.1) is now available. The catalog covers roughly 730 square degrees of sky and contains 407,806 unique X-ray sources.
