With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.

This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.

Recursive bumps for fontconfig and libzip dependency changes.

Revbump after updating tcl/tk.

Bump PKGREVISION for libXft changes for NetBSD native X support on
NetBSD 6, requested by tron.

Try to fix the fallout caused by the fix for PR pkg/47882. Part 3:

Recursively bump package revisions again after the "freetype2" and
"fontconfig" handling was fixed.

Bump freetype2 and fontconfig dependencies to current pkgsrc versions,
to address issues with NetBSD-6(and earlier)'s fontconfig not being
new enough for pango.

While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc
version.

Suggested by tron in PR 47882

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Recursive PKGREVISION bump for tcl and tk upgrade to 8.5.12

remove option to build with an older version of dependency as that
older dependency (tk83) is no longer around.

Fix path to wish. Bump revision.

Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

Mechanical changes to add DESTDIR support to packages that install
their files via a custom do-install target.

Point MAINTAINER to [email protected] in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

Initial import of vtcl 1.6.0, a tcl development environment, into the
Packages Collection.
