*: Remove many GCC_REQD for particularly old GCCs

In many cases the reasoning is poorly documented, or the reasoning
for setting GCC_REQD is to work around a compiler bug. Practically
a c99 compiler is now required for bootstrap (in at least several
dependencies) so we can entirely rule out GCC versions before 3.0.

Remove xextproto/buildlink3.mk in most cases where it occurs with
libXext/buildlink3.mk, now that it is included there.
Leave the places where its API version is set or variables from it
are used directly (about 3 packages).

"user-destdir" is default these days

Remove RCS directory, or may failed to patch due to locked under RCS.

Modular Xorg support.

Point MAINTAINER to [email protected] in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

mkdirhier used as tool. Install only man page, use the imake variables
to decide where it did go. Bump revision.

Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, for
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some

MITSHM is not available on Interix, so don't request it.

Install man page with INSTALL_MAN.

Drop distinction between PKGSRC_USE_TOOLS and USE_TOOLS by making
PKGSRC_USE_TOOLS go away.  There is now only a single USE_TOOLS variable
that specifies all of the tools we need to build/run the package.

Note where gzip or gunzip is required by the package since it isn't
required by default any longer in bsd.pkg.mk under the new tools
framework.

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Convert to buildlink3.

In the new compiler selection framework, GCC_REQD is appended to, not
overridden.

Use GCC_REQD instead of USE_PKGSRC_GCC when overriding the compiler
for arm, so that we don't need to install the gcc package(s) on
machines that already have a working compiler in their /usr/bin.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

get rid of USE_GCC2/3 in pkg Makefiles, and set GCC_REQD or
USE_PKGSRC_GCC as appropriate, as this is handled by compiler.mk now.

kill all references to gcc.buildlink2.mk and compiler.mk, and define
USE_GCC2 or USE_GCC3 where appropriate.

the functionality of the old gcc.buildlink2.mk has been rolled into
compiler.mk now, which is automatically used.

Update for the fact that 'arm' ports have been called NetBSD-*-arm for a while
now and not NetBSD-*-arm32. Changes include one or more of:
    - Change MACHINE_ARCH == arm32 to also match arm
    - Where ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM includes NetBSD-*-arm32, add NetBSD-*-arm
    - Where BROKEN or worked around for arm gcc bugs, set USE_GCC3
The last may shake out a few more broken packages the next bulk build.

Use mk/gcc.buildlink2.mk rather than gcc/buildlink2.mk so lang/gcc3
is accepted. Suggested by Grant.

Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages,
please adjust.

Use new IMAKE_MAN_PATH variables in PLISTs to make these packages more
portable.  Bump PKGREVISION accordingly.

buildlink1 -> buildlink2

Merge from pkgsrc-current to buildlink2 branch.

Small pkglint white-space complaint.

Avoid egcs internal compiler error by using gcc-2.95.3 on arm32.

Fix quoting

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

Also convert some make(1) .for loops to sh(1) for loops.

RasMol is a molecular graphics program intended for the visualisation of
proteins, nucleic acids and small molecules. The program is aimed at
display, teaching and generation of publication quality images.
