Description:

Prior to 5.4.0RC1, ob_get_status(true) would always return an array, even if no 
buffers were present. With 5.4.0RC1, it now returns boolean false.

Test script:
---------------
$return = ob_get_status(true);                                                  
var_export($return);

Expected result:
----------------
array(
)

Actual result:
--------------
false

This bug has been fixed in SVN.
