Zenuari #24: Tangle in tangle

As the name of the prompt already suggests: we're tangling a tangle inside another tangle. I chose to draw Striping in Showgirl.

Drupe as a string

Today, I've used Drupe as a string and I filled it with several patterns. Starting top left and going clockwise, you can see Quiltz, Zedbra, Yew-dee, Striping, Keeko, Jonqual, Hibred and Hollibaugh. Which one of these is your favorite tangle?

Striping around

Striping is a tangle I quite love, because it can create a lovely 3D effect. I drew some circles and filled them just with Striping. Fun!

Diva's challenge #248

In this last challenge of 2015, Laura asks us to give the gift of zentangle. I'd love to give this tile to all fellow zentanglers I met through this loving community. You are Zentangle Stars who inspire me every week. Thank you!!

Tangling on :-)

String #135 caught my attention :-) and I filled it with lots of patterns. From top left, going clockwise, you see Striping, Puf, Orange Peel, Netting, Tri-bene, Quiltz, Twilight Zone and Tour.

Lightn-ING

The ING pattern is one of my favorites to draw! This time, I put some other great ones beneath it: Hollibaugh, Scallops, Striping and a variant of Spokes.

That's New to Me: Henna Drum

The new tangle I discovered this week for Suzy Mosh' challenge is Henna Drum. A lovely tangle that soon appeared on my tile. But then... I didn't know what to put next to it! I ended up with a lot of Tipple, some Striping and a bit of Paisley. Looks a bit busy to me, but it was nice to create ;-)

Diva's weekly challenge #189

This weeks's challenge from the Diva is a UMT (Use My Tangle) and we're using Yuma by Tina-AKUA. Tina: I love this tangle! Thank you for sharing it with us.

I decided to combine it with Inapod (a favorite of mine as well) and Striping. Quite like the result, it's always surprising to see what's growing out of your own hands :-)

It's a string thing #55

This week "It's a String Thing" # 55 uses the TanglePatterns String by the same number. The assignment is to create a monotangle using the pattern Striping by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas and the tangle enhancer sparkle in honor of Sue Agnew.

Hmm, I'm afraid I didn't read the assignment well - and I'm not sure what a 'tangle enhancer' is... So I created this tile and had lots of fun doing it, but afterwards I'm not sure if I did it 'the right way'. Well, at least it was right for me :-)
