Thank you for homemade vanilla extract recipe. I saved the recipe from January and made my first bottle in March. I have made 3 bottle for gifts. I love refilling the bottle as well as placing several additional vanilla beans in the bottle. It’s delicious !! Thank you!

Hi Linda! Zoë does not peel the apples, but it works either way! It’s easier to leave the skin on and the pieces are so small that she isn’t bothered by them in the cake. I hope you give it a try and let us know if you like it!

So glad you enjoyed them! Zoë tends to make and freeze cookie dough balls as opposed to freezing baked cookies, but these should thaw well if you freeze the baked cookies. Let us know how it goes!
