Chile-Lime Mixed Nuts Preheat oven to 300°F. In a large bowl beat 1 egg white until frothy. Add two 8.75-oz. cans mixed nuts (5 cups total) and toss to coat. In a small bowl combine ½ cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. chile-lime seasoning (such as Tajín). Add to nuts and toss to coat. Spread in a greased shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes, stirring once. Let cool.
