Newgrounds Zine (NGZ) or Newgrounds FanZine is a non-profit, fan-made zine project made to celebrate the creators and characters throughout the history of Newgrounds and the culture surrounding the website. Whilst some of our artists may be the originators of the characters depicted in this book, unless otherwise specified all work made for NGZ are treated as unofficial fanart and/or fan renditions that are in no way official representations of the intellectual property. NGZ is in no way affiliated or officially endorsed by Newgrounds.com Inc. or by the original creators of any IP borrowed for this publication. All proceeds from NGZ zine sales, zine merchandise, and any ancillary products made expressly for their use in NGZ projects will be sent to Newgrounds.com and used to fund future events, jams, and more with the money at the discretion of the Newgrounds Staff. No product sold under the NGZ name should be considered “officially licensed” merchandise.

Terms of Sale

  • All purchases are for single, personal use only. Redistribution, resale, and commercial use of any of our products is expressly prohibited.

  • The NGZ Mod Team reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders at their own discretion.

  • All items available are pre-orders, this means they will not be shipped until after production of purchased goods has concluded, this includes a timed delay on digital deliverables. Please follow our social media for updates as production progresses: Newgrounds • Twitter • Bluesky • Instagram

  • Bundle images are digital mock-ups of real products and serve as a visual approximation of the final product for purchase, but these sample images may not fully reflect the actual purchasable items upon delivery.

  • If you would like to upgrade your purchase - ex. from the Zine Bundle to Full Bundle - please contact us via email or the “Contact” page on our store with your order number and we would be happy to assist you.

  • Refunds and order cancellations are only permitted during the preorder period. After pre-orders have closed (June 10th 2026) all purchases are made final.

  • All profits will be donated directly to Newgrounds. The allocation of funds for site operation, game jams, animation jams, art contests, etc. will be left entirely up to the discretion of Newgrounds.com Inc. and its staff.

Shipping Information

  • Items will be shipped out of the USA.

  • As of now, we CANNOT ship purchases to the following countries: Russia, Israel, Gaza, Syria, Sudan / South Sudan, Ukraine, and the Crimea and Sevastopol regions of Ukraine.

  • All shipping methods at checkout will provide tracking numbers via email after your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping is expected to begin approximately 3-4 months after the pre-orders period ends. Our timeline may be subject to many unforeseen delays in: supply chains, manufacturing, deliveries, etc. Buyers will be kept up to date to the best of our ability as production progresses via our official social media accounts.

  • To inform us about any address changes prior to this, please contact us by email or the "Contact" page on our store. An announcement about address confirmations will be posted prior to beginning shipping. 

  • Please ensure that your email is entered correctly, as this will be our primary method of communication with you regarding your order. Digital items will be sent to the email address used to make your purchase after the physical orders have all been dispatched.

  • The NGZ Mod Team  holds no liability, nor duty to replace fulfilled orders that are either lost or damaged during transit due to buyer or postal service errors. We cannot accept returns.

  • Buyers will be responsible for paying any VAT, customs, tariffs, or import fees incurred by their purchase. These will be calculated or estimated during payment processing.
