MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS EVERY MONTH FOR THIS BOOKING PLATFORM My account was charged three times in one billing cycle!!! totaling $45 USD for a single subscription. I requested that the two additional charges ($30 USD) be refunded. I even offered a simple solution of applying the amount as credit toward the next two months of billing because I preferred to continue using Calendly rather than cancel. That option was denied and the issue was never resolved. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to provide the same documentation over and over again via email even after already submitting it. I had disputed the charges with my bank as my bank stated the charges went through and that was the only option since Calendly wasn't going to refund me. Also the customer service member told me, personally I wouldn't dispute the charges.....then how do I get my MONEY BACK? He also told me to hope for the best when calling my bank? Even after I told them I would be canceling my Calendly account because this issue had taken nearly two weeks to address and multiple requests for the same information with nothing resolved I received the response asking for the exact same information I had already provided. For a $30 USD billing error, the amount of time and effort required to try to resolve this was extremely frustrating. As a business owner, I rely on tools like Calendly to run smoothly. I’m not sure whether customer support responses are being handled by AI or people, but the experience felt very impersonal and disappointing. I’ve used Calendly for over two years!!! and it felt like they were making so many different excuses which I had to actively disprove. First they said the money was in my paypal, next my bank has it, next they said I have multiple accounts, which every time I had to send documents to disprove their reasoning behind this. Because the issue was never resolved and the process became unnecessarily difficult, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription.
