Socialight & Socialight Plus – Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Socialight platform, including:

• Socialight – an invitation-based platform connecting approved influencers (“Members”) with third-party venues and brands (“Service Providers”) for promotional experiences.
• Socialight Plus – a paid consumer subscription providing access to discounts, benefits, and offers at participating third-party venues.

Depending on how you use the App, different sections of these Terms may apply to you. Sections relating to influencer participation apply only to Socialight Members. Sections relating to paid subscriptions apply only to Socialight Plus subscribers. General provisions apply to all users.

1. Company Information

This App is owned and operated by SOCIALIGHT LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, with its principal office at Slabyanska 4, 2850 Petrich, Bulgaria ("Socialight", "we", "us", "our").

2. Definitions

“App” means the Socialight digital platform, accessible via mobile application, website, or other connected devices.

“Socialight” refers to the influencer-based promotional service.

“Socialight Plus” refers to the paid subscription service offering venue discounts and benefits.

“Member” means an individual approved by Socialight to participate as an influencer in promotional activities.

“Subscriber” means a user holding an active Socialight Plus subscription.

“Service Provider” / “Venue” means any third-party business, venue, brand, or service provider participating on the App.

“Promotion” means an event, product, service, benefit, or offer made available by a Service Provider through Socialight or Socialight Plus.

 

3. Platform Description

Socialight operates a dual-model platform:

A. Socialight (Influencer Platform)
Socialight connects approved Members with Service Providers for promotional collaborations. Participation is subject to approval, availability, and compliance with promotion-specific requirements set by the Service Provider and Socialight.

B. Socialight Plus (Subscription Platform)
Socialight Plus provides Subscribers with access to discounts, benefits, and offers at participating Venues. Socialight does not own, operate, or control any Venue and does not guarantee availability or quality of third-party services.

 

4. Accounts & Eligibility

• Socialight influencer accounts require approval and may be accepted or rejected at Socialight’s sole discretion.
• Socialight Plus subscriptions are open to the general public unless otherwise stated.
• You must be at least 18 years old to access fitness facilities or paid venue benefits.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

5. Socialight Plus Subscription (Paid Service)

5.1 Key Subscription Information

  • Price: €14.99 per month (VAT included unless otherwise stated)

  • Billing: Monthly recurring billing

  • Auto-Renewal: Yes, automatically renews unless cancelled

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Cancellation: Users may cancel at any time via their App Store / Google Play subscription settings

5.2 Payment Processing

Payment for Socialight Plus subscriptions will be charged to the user’s Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. All payment transactions are processed through the applicable app store’s secure payment system. Socialight does not collect, store, or have access to users’ full payment details.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge will be applied to the user’s Apple ID or Google Play account within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

5.4 Subscription Management and Cancellation

Users may manage, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time through their device account subscription settings (Apple ID or Google Play). Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Access to Socialight Plus benefits will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

5.5 Price Changes

Socialight reserves the right to change subscription pricing where permitted by applicable law. Any price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle following notification through the App or via the applicable app store, in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

5.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Socialight does not process refunds for purchases made through third-party app store payment systems.

 

6. Third-Party Services & Liability

All Promotions, discounts, events, and services are provided by third-party Service Providers. Socialight acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to any agreement between users and Service Providers.

Socialight is not responsible for:
• Venue availability or quality
• Minimum spend or entry requirements
• Member or Subscriber conduct
• Service Provider performance

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse the App, share access, provide false information, harass others, violate venue rules, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful or deceptive conduct.

Apple App Store Compliance Notice

These Terms acknowledge that this agreement is between the user and Socialight Plus only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, users may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by the user or any third party relating to the application or the user’s possession and/or use of the application, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the application fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon the user’s acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against the user as a third-party beneficiary.
